Join KnowSync

We are still at an early stage, but we are seriously building a way to help students do real projects, leave real evidence, and learn real collaboration.

KnowSync is not just a website, and not just a place to display projects. We want to build a more rigorous project method so students actually learn how to execute, document, collaborate, hit milestones, present demos, and go through review.

That means we care not only about whether someone can do the work, but also whether they believe real projects, long-term capability, and collaboration matter more than short-term packaging.

Who we want to work with

We value direction, ownership, and the ability to build

In an early team, everyone needs to think independently and take responsibility for systems, process, and quality.

01

You believe real work matters more than profile packaging

You should genuinely believe that growth is not about making a story look polished, but about doing the work in a way that is solid and defensible.

02

You can turn ambiguity into structure

At KnowSync, many things will not come with ready-made answers. We want people who can break down complex questions, design the top-level approach, and turn it into something executable.

03

You respect collaboration and are willing to step up

We care deeply about teamwork. We do not want people who only finish their own small slice. We want people who communicate, fill gaps, and help move the whole project forward.

04

You care about student growth with both patience and standards

Helping students grow requires patience, but also standards. The goal is not empty encouragement. It is helping them do stronger work under real expectations.

What you would work on

You would be helping build more than a role. You would be helping build the method itself.

Right now, we are still laying the foundation. The work you do could directly shape how students plan projects, collaborate, and transition into real working environments.

01

Refine the project method and execution system

That includes top-level design, task planning, role definition, weekly meeting notes, project milestones, review patterns, and delivery standards.

02

Define what it really means for a project to be authentic

We care about which signals show that a project truly happened, which forms of evidence hold value over time, and what makes work stand up in front of professors, reviewers, and future interviewers.

03

Build a student project experience closer to real work

We want students to learn more than how to finish a project. We want them to learn how to collaborate, take ownership, move work forward, and adapt to the rhythm of real teams.

04

Turn high standards into a repeatable system

If KnowSync matters, it will not be because one person is unusually strong. It will be because the team turns method, rhythm, and quality into something durable and repeatable.

Current status

We do not have any open roles right now

KnowSync is still in an early building phase, so there are no formal job openings at the moment. When roles open up, this page will be the first place we update.

If this direction resonates with you, we would be glad to stay on your radar.

You are welcome to keep in touch by email, but this page is not currently accepting formal applications.
